Leonard J. Kerr, an associate, practices in the areas of domestic and international taxation, business and corporate law, contracts, and real estate. His tax work includes the preparation of business and personal income tax returns, and compliance with FATCA and the IRS Offshore Filing Procedures.

Leo works on a wide variety of business and corporate matters, including planning and formation of business entities, drafting contracts, multi-state compliance, and transactional matters with businesses and real estate interests. He also works on tax and compliance issues for non-profit and charitable organizations.

Prior to joining as an attorney, Leo worked as a clerk and paralegal for the firm on a variety of tax, business and administrative matters while in law school.

Leo is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School (JD 2019), and the University of Pittsburgh (BA 2014, cum laude). He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
