Kenneth H. Light
Kenneth H. Light, a partner, concentrates his practice in international and domestic personal taxation. He has more than 10 years of experience in advising individuals and their employers on tax effective compensation planning and compliance, including related payroll matters for U.S. expatriates working abroad and foreign nationals working in the United States. He has extensive experience in dealing with the U.S. tax implications related to stock option plans for expatriates in the United States and abroad.
Ken is a graduate of Boston University (BS, cum laude, 1984), Suffolk University (JD, cum laude 1987) and the Boston University School of Law (LL.M in Taxation, 1990).
Ken is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
