Ada K. Colomb
Ada K. Colomb, an associate, practices in the areas of international probate, estate tax planning, and related real estate issues for US and international clients. Ada emphasizes a practical and personalized approach in helping clients.
Ada received her Bachelor’s (2010) and Master’s degrees (2012), with honors, in Ukraine from the top Law School at Taras Shevchenko University; studied EU and Civil Law in Germany at Hamburg University Law School (exchange semester); and received an LL.M. degree in commercial law from Boston College Law School (2014).
Ada dedicated her Master’s thesis and additional extended research at the Max Planck Institute in Germany to the enforcement of privately settled rules (e.g., trusts, private foundations, closely held and transnational corporations, professional associations). The results were also presented to the Max Plank community; published in German law review article in Munich in 2013; and presented at a law conference at McGill University in 2014. This scholarly interest ignited Ada’s passion for effective and creative estate planning.
