Les L. Hoiberg, an associate, practices in the areas of international and domestic taxation, estate planning for traditional and non-traditional families, trust and estate administration, and real estate.  He has also served as co-counsel on several probate litigation matters, including will contests, actions for breach of fiduciary duty, competing petitions for guardianship, and other equitable proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Hoiberg worked in the financial services industry as a registered representative.  He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (B.A., cum laude, 1991), Suffolk University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2000) and the Boston University School of Law (LLM in Taxation 2004).  Mr. Hoiberg is a member of the Massachusetts and Florida Bar Associations.
