John GanickJohn G. Ganick, of counsel to the firm since 1994, concentrates his practice in corporate technology and employment areas assisting U.S. and foreign-based clients in structuring and operating direct operations and licensing ventures. John formerly served as in-house counsel for Data General Corporation and Cullinet Software. John is involved in the negotiation and implementation of business acquisitions, licensing arrangements and Intellectual Property protection programs. He regularly advises clients on employment issues, including drafting of employment agreements as well as employee management and termination matters. John is a graduate of Harvard College (B.A., 1961), and Boston College Law School (LL.B., 1965). He is a member of the Business Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the Federal District Court of Massachusetts. |
